UT Connect is a United Tractors customer application provided to provide easy access to information needed regarding United Tractors products and services.Main feature• Equipment Monitoring, Customers can see the status and condition of the unit, whether it is operating, not operating or the unit with a caution, besides that the Customer can also get information about: Fuel Consumption, Working Hour Operation, and Current Unit Location• Order Tracking for spare parts, Customers can get information related to spare parts transactions, including: availability of spare parts at branches, the latest status of transactions processed, download transactions up to the last 1 year• Promotion Program, Customers get information related to attractive promo and discount programs for purchasing spare parts, service transactions and unit purchases• Periodical Service Reminder, customers easily manage maintenance units according to the maturity date for 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 HM periodical services as well as recommendations for required spare parts• Notifications, customers can easily monitor notifications that appear on caution conditions in the unit and periodical services that are due at H = 7, H = 3, and H = 1• Oil Analysis, Customers can see the health of the unit through oil analysis reports, especially the conditions of the major components which greatly affect the units performance.
